中国江苏省常州市丽华中学与澳大利亚南澳州圣弗朗西斯德赛尔斯中学

合作谅解备忘录

常州市丽华中学与南澳圣弗朗西斯德赛尔斯中学在平等、信任和互惠互利的基础上,就开展多方面教育合作与交流,促进双方教育创新和发展达成一致意见。

双方同意在以下方面重点开展活动:

1. 推动双边友好学校的建立与可持续发展,并通过各种交流形式共同推进双方校长、教师和学生各个层面的合作与交流,增强彼此的全球视野和跨文化理解,促进双方教育教学的创新与发展;

2. 开展彼此校长和教师专业发展的相互学习与交流,就双方认同的话题进行学术交流。形式包括专业学术论坛、在线交流以及面对面交流等,推动学校领导和教师的能力建设;

3. 推进双方学生的互访交流和网络联系,并通过友好学校、友好班级、学生结对、夏(冬)令营、体艺交流等形式,促进双方学生的友谊和互动,增强彼此的跨文化理解;

4. 促进双边合作研究、信息交换与资源共享。开展双方认同的课题的合作研究工作,探索信息交换与资源共享的有效途径,提高双方的教学水平。

今后任何附录将构成本谅解备忘录的组成部分。本谅解备忘录的修改,必须经双方书面同意。本谅解备忘录使用中、英文两种文本,两种文本具有同等效力,自双方签字之日起生效。

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON COOPERATION

BETWEEN

*** SCHOOL

AND

*** SCHOOL

 

Based on equality, trust and mutual benefit, *** SCHOOL and *** SCHOOL agree to cooperate on a range of education programs so as to promote educational innovation and development on both sides.

 

Specifically, both sides agree to

1. support the establishment and development of sister school relationships between *** SCHOOL and *** SCHOOL, that are sustainable and focused on school leader, teacher and student exchanges to enhance global perspective and build intercultural understanding so as to promote educational innovation and development on both sides;

2. support exchange programs of school leaders and teachers that focus on capacity building through professional learning, including professional learning forums, online or face to face, on mutually agreed topics;

3. promote student exchange visitsnetwork communication, friendship and interaction of both sides through sister school and class relationship, student partnershipsummer/winter camp, sport and art exchange programmes so as to promotintercultural understanding of both sides;

4. promote bilateral cooperative research, information exchange and resources sharing, continue to carry out cooperative research on topics mutually agreed, explore effective ways of information exchange and resources sharing and improve the teaching level of both sides.

Any future appendices will form an integral part of this Memorandum of Understanding. This Memorandum of Understanding may be amended upon the mutual written consent of both sides. This Memorandum of Understanding, being written in both the Chinese and English languages and being equally authentic, will come into effect on the date of its signature.
